To ensure smooth operations and accommodate everyone, we have established the following appointment cancellation policy: 1. Cancellation Notice - We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to other clients. 2. Late Cancellations - Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment may incur a cancellation fee of $25. 3. No-Show Policy - If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, you will be charged $40 no show fee. 4. Rescheduling -If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time. 5. Exceptions - We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can arise.
